All my design/methodology is based on the seminal works of Sohail Inayatullah. I have had the privilege and fortunate opportunity to both study and work alongside over the past decade with Sohail. This has enabled me to honing my skills, knowledge and practice in the applied usage of Inayatullah’s approach to futures thinking/foresight concepts and methods. I have been given express permission by Sohail to use his seminal works in my consultancy and have become quite fluid in his range of concepts and methods. Specifically, the application and use of Sohail’s foundational foresight framework called the ‘Six Pillars: futures thinking for transforming’ . It is from the six pillars framework, that I select a range of foresight methods to be used in the foresight session design, and application in my consultancies.
