Steve Gould is a professional futurist facilitator. Steve has worked in a number of careers spanning military, corporate, vocational education, state and local government, and more recently in higher education and consultancy.

Steve facilitates a futures consultancy which focuses on relational leadership and foresight modelling. A member of the Association of Professional Futurist and a full Institutional Member of the World Futures Studies Federation, Steve has been delivering consulting over the past 10 years as a futurist and published in the Journal of Futures Studies. Up until 2016, Steve was a sessional lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast in the Graduate Certificate of Futures Studies.

Between 2018 - 2022 consulting assignments moved to international perspectives including consultancies for Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), United Nations in Africa, Pearls in Policing program in Oslo Norway and New York, TVET Education Futures for the Sri Lanka Government , Asian Development Bank sponsored Futures of Agricultural Universities, Bangladesh, Melbourne University Business School - Leadership Learning Program and on return to Brisbane, the NFP Community Resource Unit Ltd.

In 2020, Steve went back to the U.S.A, New York to facilitate the topic of "The Future of Global Police Workforces". On return facilitated visioning with Epilepsy Queensland. In 2022, Steve will be engaged in futures thinking workshops internationally.
